The journey to parenthood is not always straightforward. For many women and families, it can involve waiting, uncertainty, complex decisions, and emotional ups and downs.

At Yura, we offer a space for gentle guidance and support as you navigate this stage. Whether you are trying to conceive, considering IVF, exploring donor pathways, or simply beginning to think about becoming a parent, this part of the journey deserves care, understanding, and time.

Our approach recognises both the practical and emotional aspects of fertility, supporting you to feel more informed, more grounded, and less alone.

What we can support you with

• Preparing for pregnancy in a holistic and realistic way
• Understanding different fertility pathways, including IVF and donor conception
• Emotional support during fertility treatment and decision-making
• Navigating uncertainty, waiting, and loss
• Exploring donor options (egg and sperm donation)
• Talking to your child about donor conception in an open and developmentally appropriate way
• Gentle guidance alongside your existing medical care

A personal note

Yura is also shaped by lived experience.

Kristin has navigated her own fertility journey, including egg preservation and IVF in Australia and overseas. She has experience with low AMH and understands the emotional and practical complexities that can arise when the path to parenthood is not straightforward.

She has also supported individuals and couples, including same-sex families, through donor conception and surrogacy, both during the process and in the transition to early parenthood.

This work is approached with sensitivity and respect, recognising that every fertility journey is unique. The intention is not to provide medical advice, but to offer a supportive space to explore options, process experiences, and feel less alone.

Working together

Support may include one-to-one sessions, guidance alongside your existing care team, or simply a space to talk through your thoughts and decisions at your own pace.

Important note

This support is intended as general guidance and emotional support and does not replace medical advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified healthcare professional for personalised fertility care.
